Returns & Refund Policy

Each product is made especially for you when you order, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour

  • Buyer’s remorse


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at email

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order once your refund or replacement is processed.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.
Once an order has been sent to print, we’re unable to cancel or refund it unless it arrives damaged or defective.
